Can a single photo really tell my body fat % and muscle?
AI estimates body fat %, lean mass (muscle) and the development of 12 muscle groups from your body's outline and how the muscle shows. It's an estimate, not a DEXA-style measurement, but shooting under the same conditions tracks change with high consistency.
How accurate is it?
It's best at tracking change (the trend) rather than absolute values. Same pose, lighting and time of day reduce error and reveal whether fat or muscle moved. Estimates are not a medical diagnosis.
Where are my photos stored? What about privacy?
Progress photos stay on your device; we don't store them on servers. AI reads them only for the instant of scoring. Your photos are never made public.
Is it free?

Does it help on GLP-1?
